The plan was to ride my bike from La Perouse to Molineux Point but the wind was shocking. It was even hard to get out of the car as the wind gusts were stopping the car door from opening. Another change of plan and after a sit down fish and chips at the cafe, I walked out to Cape Banks.
The swell was up and I got wet from the spray while walking along the cliff tops.

Just over 9klms to the tip of Cape Banks and back.
