I had walked down the Budderoo Trail before but had turned off to Gerringong Falls . Today I was to ride to the end of the trail. My guide book said there was a nice waterhole but this was a little uninspiring and there wasn't the cliff views I thought there might have been.

The trail ended at the head of a small gorge and although my topographic map showed a track continueing it was not evident on the ground.
A side track on an overgrown 4wd trail also ended in thick heath and although pushing through for a couple hundred metres I was forced back before the cliff edge.
Still, it was nice to be out. 25klm total ride.
