On the way home from Batemans bay I stopped just up the coast a bit at Bawley Point and walked to Nuggan Point and the entrance to Meroo Lake in Meroo Natiional Park.
Parking at the end of the road at Willinga Point I walked North Beach to Nuggan Point.

Then on the way back, rather than walk the beach I took the track behind the foreshore dunes and on to Willinga Lake.
A calm and serene walk of 6klm. One day I'll have the time to make this a full day walk and fish the rocks and lakes.
