I had a dentist appointment at West Pymble and time for a walk after before I had to go to work.
5 minutes down the road from the dentist was Lane Cove River National Park.
A different park of picnic grounds scattered along the river.
Walked from the halfway point between the weir and DeBurghs Bridge down to the weir and back.
A pleasant 5klm morning walk with time to read in the shade after and enjoy lunch before it was off to work.
