Deua River

Heading to the South Coast, we first stopped at Braidwood for breakfast, then rather than take the Kings Highway to Batemans Bay we went to Araluen and followed the Deua River down to Moruya.

Stopping for a break in Deua National Park at Bakers Flat for a half hour stretch of the legs along the river. 

The Deua River changes its name as it hits the salt water stretch and becomes the Moruya River. Passing through the town of Moruya we turned off to Moruya Heads and had lunch in a section of Eurobodalla National Park at the mouth of the Moruya River.
