Walked 6.6klm return to the back of Smiths Creek in Kuringai National Park from Terry Hills.
Smiths Creek runs into Cowan Creek between Bobbin Head and Cottage Point.
The view over the mangrove flats at the end of the saltwater section of the creek.
Salt marsh on the valley floor.
