Paddled from the beach at Lorn opposite Maitland and up past the railway bridge and back.

A quick stop for a drink and a stretch at a sandbar upstream of the rail bridge.
I assume someone drowned whilst swimming here?
The last stretch coming back in to Maitland/Lorn
Nice rural paddle with lots of fish and birds seen. Total of 13 klm in 2.5 hrs all up.
