I went to Gladesville before work to pick up an attachment for my kayak rack. With a little time to spare I found a nice short walk that followed Tarban Creek down to Huntleys Cove. Tarban Creek flows into the Parramatta River near Hunters Hill.
Following a concrete path through parklands with a few pleasant surprises on the way.
A Flying Fox colony along the creek.
Nice wetlands
Down to the mangroves
and on to Tarban Bay
A nice 45min 4klm walk.
