Coming back from Round Mountain Hut I turned off just before Mt Selwyn and camped for the night at Wallaces Creek Lookout.
Rain over the ranges. During my week down here it rained all around me but not quite where I was. Good luck with the weather for once.
On dusk some Gang Gang Cockatoos flew in and quietly sat and fed just next to me.
Next morning ( Day 3) it was in to Mt Selwyn to walk to Four Mile Hut (10.6 klm return). A little bit weird being the only car at the large Mt Selwyn carpark and around all the vacant buildings.
Views south and west to Jagungal and Tabletop Mountains.
