Munyunga waraga dhugan means White-bellied Sea Eagles home camp and is the name of the loop trail taking in Murrays Beach and Governors Head in Booderee National Park on the southern side of Jervis Bay.
Starting at the Murrays boat ramp and walking around and along Murrays Beach made for an afternoon walk of 8.4klm/
The boat ramp. I had hoped to paddle here but the wind and weather were against me.
Heading towards Murrays Beach
Murrays Beach
At Governors Head looking across at Bowen Island. Strong wind and a good swell made this an awesome ay to visit.
Heading south from Governors Head brings you to the Devils Elbow.
Views across the heath to Bowen Island
And across the bay to Point Perpendicular and the Beecroft Peninsular
South to the old lighthouse on Cape St George
Completing the loop with a window of Bowen Island through the trees.
