Burragorang Lookout

The Mushroom Tunnel at Picton was closed so having time on our hands we drove out to Nattai and the Burragorang Lookout.
A Hazy day caused, I think, by the smoke from all the hazard burns in the Sydney/Blue mountains region.
The Lookout is on the Wollondilly River arm of lake Burragorang, which is the stored water from Warragamba Dam.

Looking south along the Wanganderry Walls in Nattai National Park

The bay on the left/east under the lookout is where the Nattai River joins the Wollondilly.

The second bay on the right/west of the Wollondilly is where the Tonalli River enters from Yerranderie

Looking north.
The phone camera with its HDR setting seem to cut through the haze better.

A lovely lookout with plenty of parking and picnic areas.
