Coba Point on Berowra Creek in Marramarra National Park. After dinner with my sister and her partner I drove out past Fidddletown and camped near the old quarry again. Up and away early I rode out to Collingridge Point before leaving the bike at the start of the Coba Point track for the walk in and back. 11klm on the bike and 11klm walk. Back at the car by 1230.
At Collingridge Point An overcast sky with a light mist of rain for about 5 minutes.
Great views of Berowra Creek
Looking across into Joe Crafts Bay
Heading off down the Coba Point track there was a short side track along a ridge with views back to Collingridge Point. The first snake of the year, a Brown Snake, gracefully ceded the sunny lookout to me.
Collinridge Point
First views of Coba Bay from the track.
At Coba Point
Bar Island with Berowra Peak behind Bar Point
Coba Bay with its Twin Beaches.
Like walking through a garden today. A great time of the year to be out, but then it always is.
